Peace
Day 2007
SCOTLAND

All
United Nations member countries agreed to celebrate September 21, The
International Day of Peace as a Global Ceasefire and Day of Peace &
Nonviolence in our homes, our communities and between nations. Peace
Day has been a focal point for community-uniting and peace-inspiring
events since its inception in 1981.
Together we can create a more peaceful, just and sustainable world,
one heart, one family, one community at a time. Join the Countdown To

Tel: 01896 668667
Our Consciousness Raising Group is having its first ever weekly meeting
at 7.30 p.m. to mark the International Day of Peace. We will be focussing
on the peace that exists within us all, and because of that existing
peace we can find peace everywhere. We will meditate on the peace
within ourselves, and then expand that peace to places around the
world where we perceive unrest. Then, with the eyes of the Beloved
within we will see through that to the truth and perfection of what
is Real; that we are all One, and that we are all God, experiencing
ourselves through the illusion of separation. |
