Day has been a focal point for community-uniting and peace-inspiring
events since its inception in 1981.

We will call upon the people to join the vigil for Peace to be held
in one refugee camp near one nature resort on Konjuh mountain. Each
15 minute of the hour, participants will walk the nature and drum
for peace and say their own prayers.
•
Our Peaceflame
group of 5 people will work with 50 children (local, refugee, Roma,
etc.) in workshop of producing postcards with messages of peace,
to be sent to as many governments around the world, from the post-war
area in Bosnia, asking for Peace in the World.
•
Sending
an invitation letter to GO, NGO organisations in our community,
as well as numerous religious institutions, inviting them to spread
the word and support this worldwide initiative of nonviolence and
Peace.
